Typical Day Of Our Four Year Old's:

9:30 - 9:40 am  Children arrive, put their buckets away and see the teacher to do name chart. Teacher provides an activity for children to do while they wait for the other students to arrive.

9:40 - 10:00 am  Circle time which includes greetings to the class, the welcome song, calendar basics, day of the week, current weather conditions, discuss memory verse.

10:00 - 10:10 a.m. Bathroom break

10:10 - 10:25 am  Bible Story

10:25 - 11:10 am  Academic (Quiet) stations.  Students cycle through a variety of activity areas including puzzles, handwriting basics, arts and crafts and other motor skill enhancing tasks.

11:10 - 11:30 am Indoor or outdoor play (Music and movement is held on Friday's)

11:30 - 11:45 am  snack

11:45 -  12:00 noon  Closure (Review lessons, pray and sing good-bye song)

12:00 noon  Children depart for the day

(Homework assignments are given on occasion)
