Miss Katherine
"I am a mother of 4 very busy children, a guinea pig, and 2 fish. I am originally from Oregon and moved to Port Orchard in 1995. I have since fallen in love with the area. I have been at Adventureland Preschool since 2005. I love working with children and their parents and feel lucky and rewarded every time there is a milestone reached with a child. Teaching God's word to children, and sharing with them that Jesus wants to be their friend forever is truly the best gift I've ever been given."
Miss Dawn
"My name is Dawn and I am thrilled to be working at Adventureland preschool. I have been working as a first grade teacher for the Central Kitsap School District for 15 years. For the past 10 years, I have been job sharing, which means I work part-time. God has blessed me with being able to work AND still be involved with my own two boys at their school. Working at Adventureland Pre-school is also a blessing. I feel excited to be able to teach the children about God's love through Bible stories, lessons, activities and songs. When I'm not teaching or helping at my son's school, I enjoy time with my family. My husband, boys and I like to go hiking, play tennis, go camping and play outside. I also enjoy my quiet times drinking tea and reading a good book."
Miss Kristi
Kristi is a 27 year old mother of 2. she loves Jesus and loves teaching young children to love Jesus. Kristi is currently attending Olymipic College working towards a degree in Human Services. Her hobbies include reading, volunteering in preschool ministries and dancing.
Miss Aimee
Aimee loves spending time with and teaching preschoolers about Christ and getting them ready for Kindergarten. She loves to incorporate music and movement into her daily lessons. She loves spending time with friends and family. She is currently enrolled at Olympic College where she is getting a degree in Early Childhood Education.
Miss Sally
"I retired from Public School Education and Christian Education after 26 years. I volunteer at Adventureland Preschool because I am convinced that sharing God's love with young children is my life's sacred mission" .
Miss Lisa
I was born and raised in San Lorenzo, CA. It is a small-unincorporated area in the San Francisco Bay Area and that is where I met my husband Chris in 1991. We moved to Port Orchard in 2004. We have 3 wonderful children together. Brandon is 15, attends John Sedgwick Junior High and loves to skateboard. Eric is 11, attends Mullinex Ridge Elementary and can tell you how to beat just about every Playstation 2 game. Heather is 8 and also attends Mullinex Ridge Elementary. She is in her 3rd year of dance at Just For Kicks. We joined Adventure Of Faith Church in November 2005 and were immediately welcomed into an incredible community. We have met some wonderful people here and are very blessed to call them “friends.” I love this church very much and love working with preschoolers. So to be able to combine those two things is a blessing beyond words.

"I am the mother of 2. A 7 yr old boy and a 5 yr old girl. I'm pretty much the CEO of my household. Taxi driver, mediator, psychologist and banker. I really love children and enjoy having fun and being silly with them".
